If you would like to bring a patient to Grand Rounds for viewing and discussion, please call Dr. Deborah Goddard or Dr. Linda Chang at (415) 353-7800.

Protocols should be faxed to (415) 353-7850 and contain the following information as well as your name and contact numbers for you and the patient.

• Name of patient
• Brief description of the patient's dermatological condition
• Patient's past medical
• List of all of the patient's medications

Dermatopathology slide review or slide photography for the Staff Conference should be coordinated with Mary-kate Fitzsimon (UCSF Dermatopathology) at 353-SKIN.
