Beginning in 2009-2010 UCSF will only accept applications submitted on-line through the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Visiting Student Application Service (VSAS), www.aamc.org/programs/vsas/students/start.htm

When space is available, U.S. and Canadian visiting students (we do not accept international students) may apply to participate in the clinical electives in listed below. There is no remuneration for these electives and neither room nor board is provided.

Please note that we accept ONLY students who plan to pursue a Dermatology Residency and who have provided a letter of recommendation from the Chairman of the Dermatology Department at their home institution. This letter may be sent by FAX, email or mail to Christina Walker (information below).

2012-2013 Application Dates:
We will begin accepting applications on April 16, 2012.
