Clinical Skin Exam:
  • Full-body skin exam including scalp, genitalia
  • Re-evaluation/palpabion of previous sites of skin cancer
  • Palpation for regional lymphadenopathy with attention to the primary drainage basins
  • Low threshold for skin biopsy/referral for dermatologic evaluation
  • Post-adolescent female OTRs should have regular gynecologic examination of the anogenital region because of increased risk of anogenital cancer
  • Recommend all patient perform monthly home self-skin exam
    • If pediatric patient, involve parents in skin exam
