Isaac Neuhaus, MD

Dr. Isaac Neuhaus is a dermatologic surgeon who specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery (a technique that maximizes preservation of normal tissue) and surgical reconstruction for skin cancer. He is an expert in laser surgery for treating a variety of vascular and pigmentary lesions, including extensive vascular malformations. He also performs cosmetic procedures, such as laser rejuvenation of photodamaged skin, Botox injections, soft tissue filler injections, chemical peels, sclerotherapy and liposuction.

In his research, Neuhaus studies skin cancer surgery and laser treatment.

Neuhaus earned a medical degree at the University of Florida. He completed a dermatology residency at UCSF, where he was chief resident, followed by a Mohs surgery and procedural dermatology fellowship, also at UCSF.

Neuhaus is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, which awarded him its Cutting Edge Research Grant. He is past president of the California Society of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery, and he is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery and American Medical Association.
